Army grade, authentic tourniquets are critical for combat medics and soldiers. Due to the amount of artillery, landmines, grenades, and other explosive shrapnel damage tourniquets stop the loss of blood until the wound can be properly dress and sealed. AlpineDignity is constantly receiving requests for official Army grade tourniquets, so we have opened a special donation portal specifically for tourniquet funding donations.
